PipelineMap

Commercial-search intelligence for B2B SaaS

Find the search demand that becomes pipeline.

PipelineMap reads your Google Search Console data through a commercial lens. It separates buyer-intent queries from brand and informational noise, finds where you are close to winning, and tells you what to do next — with the evidence.

Read-only Search Console access. No keyword databases. No invented metrics.

The problem

SEO reporting measures everything. Revenue teams need to know what matters.

Brand traffic flatters the numbers

People who already know you search your name. That demand shows up as growth in most reports, yet it tells you nothing about new buyers you’re winning or missing.

Volume isn’t buyer intent

A how-to article can earn fifty times the clicks of a pricing or comparison query and still create less pipeline. Most dashboards rank them the other way round.

Audit lists aren’t priorities

Hundreds of warnings don’t tell a small team what to do this month. The work that matters is usually a handful of commercial pages and queries.

How it works

From raw Search Console data to a prioritised plan.

  1. 1

    Connect your data

Connect Google Search Console with read-only access, or import a Performance report export. Add your product category, brand terms and competitors.

  2. 2

    Classify every query and page

Queries are labelled transactional, commercial, informational or navigational, split into brand and non-brand. Pages are mapped to pricing, product, comparison, integration, blog and more.

  3. 3

    Detect and score opportunities

Eight detectors look for commercial queries near page one, click-through gaps, wrong-page rankings, cannibalisation, competitor demand, emerging demand and losses.

  4. 4

    Act and track

Each opportunity explains why it matters and what to do next. Mark progress, dismiss what doesn’t fit, and re-sync to see what moved.

What PipelineMap finds

Eight kinds of commercially meaningful opportunity.

Every detector works on your first-party data and ignores brand and navigational searches, so the list reflects new-buyer demand.

See them in the sample workspace
Striking distance
Buyer-intent queries already ranking in positions 4–20, where improvement is usually faster than ranking a new page.
Click-through gap
Queries where you rank well but earn far fewer clicks than expected for that position — usually a title or snippet problem.
Intent mismatch
Commercial queries answered by a blog or docs page when searchers expect pricing, comparison, integration or solution pages.
Cannibalisation
Several of your pages splitting the same query, so none of them ranks as well as one strong page would.
Commercial page cluster
A commercial page ranking for many buyer-intent queries just below the top positions — one improvement moves them all.
Competitor demand
Searches comparing or seeking alternatives to a competitor, without a strong comparison page of yours ranking.
Emerging demand
Commercial queries whose impressions have grown sharply versus the previous period.
Position loss
Non-brand queries or pages that have slipped in position and lost clicks versus the previous period.

Transparent prioritisation

A score you can explain to your CEO.

Each opportunity receives a 0–100 priority score from four visible components. You can open any opportunity and see exactly how it was scored and which data it rests on.

35%

Commercial intent

Transactional and commercial-investigation queries outweigh informational ones.

35%

Opportunity size

Estimated additional clicks, from a conservative click-through curve calibrated to your own data.

15%

Confidence

How much data the finding rests on.

15%

Ease

A title rewrite is quicker than a new page; effort is part of priority.

What PipelineMap deliberately doesn’t do

  • Estimate revenue. We don’t know your conversion rates or deal sizes, so we don’t pretend to.
  • Use third-party keyword volumes or scraped rankings. Everything rests on your own Search Console data.
  • Promise rankings or traffic. Estimates are ranges with their assumptions written out.
  • Write content for you. Recommendations are specific next actions for your team.
  • Bury you in warnings. Detectors require minimum evidence before anything reaches the list.

Questions

Straight answers.

What data does PipelineMap use?

Your own Google Search Console data — connected with read-only access, or imported from a Performance report export — combined with the commercial context you give us: your product category, brand terms and competitors. We don't use third-party keyword databases or scraped ranking data.

How is this different from an all-in-one SEO suite?

Suites measure a lot of things well. PipelineMap does one job: separate buyer-intent demand from everything else in your first-party data, and turn it into a short, explained, prioritised list of work. It's designed to sit alongside the tools you already use.

Does PipelineMap predict revenue or guarantee rankings?

No. Click estimates are shown as ranges with their assumptions, to help you compare opportunities. We don't estimate revenue and nobody can honestly guarantee rankings.

What access does the Search Console connection need?

Read-only access to the properties you choose. PipelineMap can't change anything in your Search Console account, and you can disconnect at any time. Tokens are encrypted at rest.

What does the free scanner do?

It reads a small sample of your public pages, robots.txt and sitemap, checks commercial page coverage and on-page signals, and gives you up to three evidence-backed opportunities. It has no access to Search Console or ranking data — that's what PipelineMap itself adds.

Who is PipelineMap for?

B2B SaaS founders, heads of marketing, growth leads and SEO or content leads who already have some organic visibility and want to point effort at the searches most likely to create pipeline.
